The initial consultation process is a long one, Anji doesn't want to leave anything to chance! It will include a review of what's currently happening for you, a full mind, body and soul health history, and a diagnosis of the pulse, tongue, eyes, skin, nails and joints. This process checks for current hurt, pain, grief and life issues, imbalances and toxins in the body.
Anji will determine your order of and your defining Dosha/s and explain the three doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha in great detail. Vata regulates movement, Pitta controls metabolism and Kapha organises the structure of the body, and they all play significant parts in your wellbeing.
This consultation includes advice on significant mind, body and soul lifestyle recommendations, dietary requirements and any prescribed herbs and massage treatments that can help to balance your vitiated doshas.

This full body, deep relaxation massage treatment uses selected herbal oils to individually suit your dosha and any imbalances that may be present.
The oil massage moves energy into your body, loosens deep-seated toxins and stimulates the body's natural ability to recover. Warm Ayurvedic herbal oils are applied to the body using specific techniques that move the toxins from your tissues into the alimentary canal where they are later expelled from the skin.
This is followed by a hot towel treatment (Swedana). This stimulates the sweat glands of the skin to release toxins. Swedana naturally assists in opening the body's circulatory channels (the srotas) and that facilitates the outflow of toxins from the tissues via the gastrointestinal tract for elimination via the excretory system.
